1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, username, and electronic signature upon registration. We collect payout information you voluntarily provide including payment method and associated account details. We collect usage data including trading activity, tournament participation, IP addresses, and browser information.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Delta Leagues platform, process performance bonus payments, communicate with you about tournaments and platform updates, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Electronic signatures

Your typed name and timestamp collected during account registration constitute your electronic signature and are stored securely as evidence of your agreement to our Terms of Service. This record includes your name, the date and time of signing, and your IP address.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Trading activity logs are retained for a minimum of 7 years for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at legal@tradingarena.gg.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, hashed password storage, and access controls. No security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
